Once the winner of a raffle has been selected by our host, the tickets will be electronically transferred to the winner by 12 pm the day or the event. With One in 100’s Ticket Protection Guarantee, raffle ticket purchasers are guaranteed to receive their tickets prior to the event.

We understand things come up, if you ever enter an event that has not drawn yet, please contact us for a refund.

When events are cancelled, full refunds will be issued automatically.

Once you have successfully purchased a raffle ticket, you will be automatically re-directed to a “Thank You” page letting you know you purchased your raffle ticket successfully. You will also receive an email confirmation within minutes of successfully purchasing your raffle ticket. Do not worry if your order says processing, that’s for our back end.
